OPERATION CONTROL & MAINTENANCE BUILDING/KSP
The OMC (Operation Control & Maintenance) Architectural model has been appended with the Struc model for coordination and clash detection process . Our BIM experts identified these clashes between Arch Vs Struc and provide clash reports for all project stakeholders throughout the design and construction process. The BIM coordination efforts ensure that all design teams are collaboratively exploring solutions to resolve clashes before they are encountered at the construction site.

SPORTS BOULEVARD PHASE 1 CYCLING BRIDGE
The Sports Boulevard is a cycling and sports corridor new development, as part of the 2030 vision in Riyadh. As BIM CONSULTANT to Freyssinet, we have managed to solve major issues related to Part 3 & Part 4 to facilitate a better model version to work on.

VISITORS PAVILION AT KING SALMAN PARK
One of the first developments in the master-plan for the vision of the KSP, the Visitors Pavilion will be sitting at the heart of the KSP site. Floating above the scheme and supported by diamond shaped concrete columns, a monolithic, in-situ, concrete roof 160x 100m, almost the size of a two football pitches, shades the courtyard and terraces.

QIDDIYA UPPER PLATEAU ROADS & BRIDGES
Create post contract BEP on behalf of (Haif + Freyssinet) Joint Venture (HFC) for infrastructure master planning (IMP) for the upper plateau of the Qiddiya Site. Project to be given to Client as a basis for completing their own requirements mentioned by QIC_ Digital style book.

ART CENTRE - PARAMETRIC CEILING
The Performing Art Centre and the Digital Art Museum located in the Historical City of Jeddah Al Balad. The Performing Art Centre, to be built on an area of 28,000 m2, is planned to be ready to host the next Read Sea Film Festival in Nov 2021.Works include the installation of the ceiling Cinema .Parametric modeling for the ceiling imported from Tekla software with complex structure. Conceiving a modern and complex shape
using Autodesk Revit software.

KORAYSH CASTLE - POINT CLOUD
The project is about 6000 seq.m hotel located in Old Jeddah. Accurate as-built models have been created using Leica RTC360 laser scanner, edited in Autodesk Recap then traced in Revit .

RoseWood/Redsea - BIM Roof Waterproofing
KCG –BMC was awarded two projects located in the Red Sea – AMAALA as one of them is the Rosewood Hotel . Design Zone is set to provide BIM module support specifically for the roof waterproofing of the Rosewood Hotel.

Six Senses/Redsea - BIM Roof Waterproofing
KCG –BMC was awarded two projects located in the Red Sea – AMAALA as one of them is the SIX SENSES Hotel . Design Zone is set to provide BIM module support specifically for the roof waterproofing of the SIX SENSES Hotel.

Four Seasons Hotel - Jeddah
Design Zone has been awarded the fit-out package for the Four Seasons Hotel in Jeddah, covering a total area of 170,000 square feet. Havelock One, renowned for its expertise in fit-out projects, will execute this high-profile assignment. The project involves advancing from Level of Development (LOD) 300 to LOD 400, which will aid in the production of detailed shop drawings.

DIGITAL TWIN - DESIGN ZONE
With the blueprint in place, the project team then builds the basic digital twin . The build phase begins with assembling the core data product. To do so, data teams engineer structured and unstructured data to ensure their quality and usability. This in turn enables the development of visualizations and allows data science professionals to build out one or two initial use cases that generate additional data and insights—and create an early digital twin.

3D BIM MODELING FROM A LASER SCAN
The project is a Laser scan for Jabal Alwabdah in Old Amman .Accurate as-built models have been created using Faro laser scanner point to cloud model, edited in Autodesk Recap then traced in Revit .
