As part of our ongoing efforts to engage with the academic community and inspire the next generation of designers and engineers, our team recently participated in a special event held at Effat University. The session was divided into two key segments. The first focused on 3ds Max, where we delivered a live demonstration to showcase the software’s powerful capabilities in architectural visualization and design. A quick, real-time design was created on the spot to illustrate how intuitive and efficient the software can be, offering students a glimpse into professional 3D modeling and rendering workflows. The second segment centered on Building Information Modeling (BIM), where we discussed its crucial role in modern architecture and engineering. We highlighted how BIM facilitates better coordination, enhances project efficiency, and improves collaboration among all stakeholders. The session emphasized the practical benefits of integrating BIM in real-world projects, empowering future professionals with knowledge that bridges the gap between academia and the industry.
