• BIM Modeling (LOD 400) – Development of high-detail BIM models, including precise components for construction and fabrication.
• Shop Drawings Extraction – Generation of detailed shop drawings from BIM models for manufacturing and installation.
• 3D Coordination – Clash detection and coordination of timber works with other trades to ensure seamless integration.
• As-Built BIM Model (LOD 500) – Finalized BIM model reflecting the as-built conditions for project handover and future maintenance.
