KCG-BMC was awarded two projects located in the Red Sea – AMAALA as one of them is the Rosewood Hotel. Design Zone is set to provide BIM module support specifically for the roof waterproofing of the Rosewood Hotel.

Scope of Work

  • In 3D modeling, reflect the layers of the roof slabs as per from the approved IFC drawings.
  • Exporting the meter square quantities of each rood/building (BOQ).
  • Model the Metal deck and integrate all the layers as shown in the IFC drawings.
