Our team was appointed to lead the BIM process for two key structures:
-The Visitor (Pavilion) Building
-The Operational Building

We provided comprehensive BIM support, from model validation to on-site coordination, ensuring that all trades were aligned and that BIM deliverables met client expectations. Our coordination processes helped reduce clashes, improve efficiency, and accelerate client approvals throughout the project lifecycle.
