Design Zone successfully participated in the 4th Annual Kingdom Digital Twin 2025, held at the Riyadh Airport Marriott Hotel on 7–8 October 2025. The event brought together industry leaders, technology experts, and decision-makers to explore the latest advancements in Digital Twin and Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies and their role in supporting the Kingdom’s mega-projects.

Dr. Esraa Al-Twassi, Head of BIM & Digital Delivery Innovation at Design Zone, delivered a keynote session titled:

“TWINMS – The First Saudi Digital Twin Platform in the MENA Region”

During the session, the following were presented:

• Introduction of TWINMS: The first Saudi-developed Digital Twin platform serving the MENA region.

• Live Proof of Concept: Demonstration at Bupa Building 2, Jeddah, showcasing real-time operational insights.

• Enhancing Asset Performance: How Digital Twins enable predictive maintenance, optimize operations, and support sustainability.

• Data-Driven Decision Making: Tools and insights for property developers and operators to make informed strategic decisions aligned with Saudi Vision 2030.

The conference highlighted the growing impact of AI and Digital Twin technologies in supporting the Kingdom’s ambitious mega-projects, emphasizing innovation, efficiency, and sustainable urban development.
